White Tee + Jeans

Whenever I think August, I immediately think back-to-school.

And when I think back-to-school, I think white collared shirts and jeans. Besides the fact that I’m actually not going back to school (I graduated from UT in 2014 with a degree in fashion), I still like to pretend that I’m going back to school (not closing the yearbook quite yet) with this quintessential jeans-and-white-tee combo.

You could most definitely dress down this outfit, pairing it with your favorite flip flops or converse, but I added a pop of chic by stepping into these gorgeous babies by Calvin Klein (swoooon). I’m absolutely loving this white collared shirt because it has the cutest open-back detailing, and yet such a simple and effortless front. These jeans are perfection due to their glamorous price tag – $69 – and their gorgeous washed-out coloring. Add in my favorite all-in-one tote (seriously, this tote is my baby) and you’re back-to-school ready with my favorite staples and basics.

I really like this white blouse! For me as a student teacher, end of august always means back to school 🙂

  5. I just graduated in the spring, and it’s hard to believe that I’m not going back to school this year. So weird. But, that doesn’t mean that I can’t “back to school” shop, right?

Love this look. Live by your blog. Would you mind posting the sizes you buy? We have similar bodies and I’d love to know the sizes you wear, especially in the jeans. It’s so hard finding jeans with the right fit!! I usually go by Nord “True Fit” sizing, but would love to hear your input
