Simplicity simply doesn’t go out of style.
It doesn’t beg for too much, it doesn’t break your budget, and it doesn’t create discomfort. Simplicity is confident, sophisticated and comfortable.
Today’s look is sophisticated in its own simplistic way. This little gold mini dress, priced right at $39 (that’s a simplistic price tag right there – thank you, Nordstrom), has a shift silhouette – meaning it looks good on multiple body types, it doesn’t hug too tight and doesn’t get uncomfortable. The best part about simplicity? Versatility. I styled this look two ways to show you two holiday soiree party ideas.
For Look #1, I added in some fun accessories from Nordstrom. But the dress speaks for itself. Holiday parties are right around the corner and this little gold stunner will surely stick out a glitter-y soiree, and it doesn’t break the budget. I paired the dress with my favorite stiletto kicks by Steve Madden from Nordstrom, and my favorite Larsson & Jennings watch. Ready, set, soiree.
For Look #2, I paired the dress with my favorite faux leather bomber ($98), black kicks, and tassel earrings – for a more casual holiday party look, a night on the town, or a winter date night. This look could also work well for New Year’s Eve, or even a night out with the girls. I hope you love this little gold mini from Nordstrom as much as I do.
Thank you, Nordstrom, for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.
