There are 3 things that I look for in an everyday dress:
- Wear-ability. It’s an everyday dress, right? I’m looking for versatility, wearability, dress-it-up-dress-it-down kind of factors. For example — I shot this looks two ways. So first is a dinner-with-the-girls kind of look (favorite going out shoes here + my favorite designer staple by Chloe). And the second look is all about everyday vibes. A classic tote paired with the comfiest shoes that I’ve ever owned, the Tory Burch Millers. This dress by Socialite transitions effortlessly from look to look.
- Comfort. We’re not wearing a dress in an everyday kind of way if it’s not comfortable — correct? This *swing* dress is one of those throw-on-and-want-to-sleep-in-it kind of dresses. I’m obsessed with the material and the easy-breezy flared fit.
- Style. Because, of course, everyone needs a little pink swing dress in their arsenal. Need I say more?
This sweet swing frock is priced right at $34 (s-t-e-a-l) and I’m loving the girly pink flare tied into the all-neutral accessories. I’ve already worn this darling twice — and am confident it’s the perfect affordable staple to add to your everyday wardrobe. You girls know how much I love Nordstrom — because of the a-maz-ing shipping, return, and customer service policy — so naturally Nordstrom is my favorite destination for everyday dresses and versatile wear (especially when it comes to online shopping). Plus Nordstrom stocks a lot of their staples in multiple colors, and this one comes in 3 fall colors to boot. This calls for lots of effortless transitions for your wardrobe into fall, dahlins! XOXO
Thank you, Nordstrom, for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.
