3 Ways to Transition with Stripes + Nordstrom Style Boards

All-year-round stripes. Yes, all year.

Stripes: Let’s transition with them. This post is dedicated to summer-to-fall closet cuties – starting with autumn-esque colors: navy, mustard, and a deep red mixed into the classic year-round pattern: stripes. But this pin-stripe navy jumpsuit, this adorably darling mustard onesie, and this soft-to-touch red dress have more than just the stripes in common. They’re all from Nordstrom. I styled each of these pieces with the current September (summer) temps in mind – but fall vibes at top of mind.

The Red Everyday Dress – probably one of the softest items I’ve touched all year. I love how this dress would look with booties tucked under a sweater for fall.

The Pinstripe Navy Jumpsuit – work-approved, happy-hour happy, weekend-appropriate.

The Mustard Romper – tie-waist for a flattering fit; one of my favorite items I’ve posted on the blog!

And I’m super excited to be partnering with one of my favorite stores to talk about one of their handiest services: the Nordstrom style boards. If you don’t have the luxury of shopping in store, Nordstrom now offers personal online stylists through their Nordstrom style boards, a super personalized way of online shopping – where the stylists meet you at your mouse, just a few clicks away. Read more about the shiny new style boards here, and also find out more about getting all your alterations finished up at Nordstrom (I take all of my alternations to Nordy’s!), beauty stylists and more here! Great post! These outfits are gorgeous, and my favorite is the little navy jumpsuit. You just can’t beat jumpers!

These are really cute dresses dear. I love the striped shirt dress. It’s so simple, yet so chic and sassy! That off-shoulder jumpsuit is really fab on you too!
